Go to Movies, choose a film, pick your cinema, date, and showtime, then select your seats on the booking page. Sign in or create an account to complete payment and receive your ticket.
Open My Tickets while signed in. Each booking shows your movie, showtime, seats, and a QR code to present at the cinema.
We accept ABA Pay, ACLEDA Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and KHQR. Available options appear on the payment screen when you checkout.
All ticket sales are final unless stated otherwise at checkout. For exceptional cases (duplicate charge, wrong showtime selected by mistake), email us with your booking details and we will review your request.
Check your spam folder first. Your ticket is always available under My Tickets when you are logged in with the same account used to book. If you still cannot find it, contact support with your name and booking time.
Show the QR code from My Tickets at the entrance or concession desk. Arrive at least 15 minutes before the showtime so staff can scan your code and seat you comfortably.
Visit Account while signed in to update your display name and preferences. For password resets, use the forgot-password link on the sign-in page.
